This morning at 9:00a.m. Attorney Andrew arrived in the 141st court punctual on time and I, attorney Angela K. arrived at 8:05 a.m. waiting patiently for court to start by the Honorable Judge John P. Chupp.  He really did want me to consult a credit counselor or file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy but after he asked atty Andrew what was the purpose of RSL Funding company and he said a company that supplies policy holders like myself to not have to wait years to receive our funds, but enable us to get funds whenever there are emergency family needs and for whatever the reason we cannot obtain a loan from a bank or maxed out our credit cards or etc... And also, the Judge stated that he was a father with a daughter in private  school and he too, was currently paying for her education and he understood the need I had of helping to pay my younger daughter's college expenses, and unexpected funeral expenses for my late niece, brother & mother and my delinquent property taxes on my house so given that this is my money he said so why not go ahead and APPROVE!!! me my TRANSFER-EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!!   My special thanks to Mr. Jason Russell for his coaching along and helping me to think twice and be very careful at the answers that I give to the Judge!!  And special THANKS to Atty Andrew in the proessional way that he answered the Judge's few questions.   This case was professionally handled and over by 9:20 a.m.   THANK GOD AND RSL  for everything!!
